I recently bought a recond 3.54 diff to replace my (perfect!) 3.77 std Sprint diff'? Ahemm!! I now find that I replaced my spot on diff' with another of the exact same ratio! What a dingbat!! I am getting good at replacing diff's on an Elan though. Thank god for the hydraulic 4 post lift!

Anyway!! Does anyone need a 3.54 ratio Elan (sprint?) diff? Its in perfect nick and has new nose seal and has been very slightly adjusted (0.009'' backlash is now reduced to .004 - 005'') It ran quiet as a mouse and in fact was quieter then my new recond' item.

PM me if interested... If no-one needs one I will keep it as a spare/original?...
