To that end, are there any/many production road cars that run AR calipers as standard oem??

AR callipers are an old race caliper for very light weight cars - it is not suitable for anything else.

PNM have a new front caliper upgrade that will fit on stock wheels. 4 pot. Ives more stopping power than the plus 2 calipers I have on my 71 Spider conversion car.

Any thoughts on using the new PNM calipers with the stock rear calipers?

Controlability?

Thanks
