Damned continuing recession here in the US prevents me from attending this awesome event. Wondering if I could impose on some of you elan.net members to post some pictures of this historic event? A full grid of Lotus F1 cars would surely be a memorable photo and perhaps some of the famous current and past Lotus drivers in attendance.

I also have a keen interest in Lotus Plus 2's, especially the CN cabriolets, if anyone happens to snap a few pix in the paddock.

Have fun if you are going. I'll be home crying in my beer wishing I was there.

Hi, I'm going and hoping to get a few photos - I can't promise they'll be the best as I'll be tied up with the Elise Trophy races but I'm planning to see as much of the rest of the action as possible.

Also, there's definitely a Lotus parking area in the infield - as far as Elans go there will at least be mine in it

There's some info re parking on SELOC or pistonheads if you hunt a bit (look in the racers forum). Yes (as said) there's allocated lotus parking next to the public car park.

I'll def post some +2 pics (as that's off particular interest) and hopefully some close up of the F1 cars/drivers as I've somehow manged to get into the VIP parking which looks to be a promising spot. will take a few days as I've dusted off my film camera and will have to get it developed, scanned and all that..
