XJS Seats in a Jaguar????

What will they think of next?

:D

On a more serious note....the intereference I have from the levers on my seats is at the fulcrum/axis where the lever bulges.

Hi. Anyone know how much a pair of xjs recaro seats would cost to re-trim? I want to change the color while I'm at it. if anyone knows of a trusty trimmer that'd be great.

Sean.

Hi Sean,
are you nearly there yet?

You might look at www.kishexecutivecars.co.uk

They are in the North East so not handy and they aren't the cheapest but you will be well pleased with result. Have a look at some of their work on the website.
Best regards, David

Ask Brian Cates. He did mine just this month....but I can't be sure how much, since he did everything...the rear seats, tunnel, door panels, rear panels, dashboard top and bottom for 1700 quid....so I guess 4 or 500? His email is zagatoseven@hotmail.com

The short answer or the long answer? I'd like to have the car on the road in May, but to do that I need to get out there working on it. I've been looking for seats on ebay but haven't commited to any yet. The original ones are ok but the wife's golf has heated seats and I like the idea of that and the head rests.

Ok, kids are in bed, wife wants to watch cookery programs on the tv, so I will get up and head out...

Thanks for the contact Rich.

All the best.

Sean.

Hi Innes. The company is called GTS. The line, Nurburgring. A bit expensive, but they are new (modern) classic looking seats. And they are really REALLY confortable. They are used in many sport cars De Tomaso Panteras, 911s, 914s, TR6s etc. I think they will fit the Elan + 2.

The webpage is
