Beyond my price range/ability, sadly.

What do people think? Is it the genuine article?
Where, then, lies the answer? In choice. Which shall it be: bankruptcy of purse or bankruptcy of life?

the bids/comments sections seems to suggest they have contacted Andy Graham at Lotus
(obviously not original colour now...).

I originally saw it on ebay, the auction company is just using ebay as an advert for the their own auction website.

Ahh ok......

Do you know it's original spec? Looks very S4-Sprint to me.... Blue to red, i wounder if it was Lagoon Blue? if so thats a desirable colour.

It is a correct S4/Sprint.

I made comments on it on the Market website listing a few days ago.

Spyder chassis.

Interesting in view of the “Q plate” thread. Are people getting nervous at all regarding this particular change? Might it have affected the value of this car?

What does chassis number 7007170240G mean?

Clearly not, I`m staggered at the price. At least 2 people must have really, really, wanted to restore a Sprint.

Stick a standard spec frame under it during the rebuild and your golden ;)

All joking aside will make a nice car when done but i think it must be long term keeper for who ever bought it.

Not had chance to read it all but is that price + Auction fee's or total?
