BEWARE, he originally advertised and wanted only $10K, then found out it was worth more and the rest of the story is history.

I had numerous contacts with the guy, and even drove to Woostah so I could phone and say, "I'm in town..." but never anything for real. My last contact he said he had sold it to England. Curious it's roughly the same ad he posts about every six months.
