Europa Euphoria

In case any of you have a hard time sleeping at night, I wrote a little book about the restoration I did on a Lotus Europa. I do mention the word "Elan" in there at least once so I thought I could post this here. :)

Hi,

Well, if you're Bob Herzog, then my congratulations on a job well done. I bought it from Amazon UK a week or so ago and really like the writing style. I've only read a few chapters so far but it's all good and strikes so many chords with home restorations. In truth it doesn't matter if you own a Europa or an Elan, the path is very similar !

cheers

Brian

I look forward to reading it - just ordered a copy. Good luck with the sales.

I finished it last night. Enjoyable read, and, indeed it applies to doing just about any car. That includes the libations for a more clear thought process............

Zog, you are right about tight quarters for the human..........the engine and transmission has more room. There is something about Europa's............I can't quite put my finger on it. Perhaps it takes the place of a Chevron B6 I can't afford.

Thanks for the feedback and support. Although I won't be able to retire from the royalties, I'm just happy to break even and make a little beer money.

Salut Bob

I bought itt, too - enjoyable little read.

Unfortunately you live the wrong side of the pond or I'd be hounding you to restore an Elan.

I have a few books that I bring with me to Lotus events to sell to those I meet. Otherwise, it's much easier (for me) for you to order Europa Euphoria from Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon Europe or even Createspace.com which is the web site I went through to self publish the book.

Thanks,

Bob

Given to me as a gift last year. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done!

Great book and restoration. Helped me through the late night feeds for the new born twins! Thanks Bob.
