coachworkers near weybridge

ok. bit of a leap. but as you are "car" people you may know the answer

20+ years ago i restored my fathers 1957 MG TF
as part of that process it needed ash frame repairs and new skin on the tub

I wasnt involved in that process so i dont know the business name.. but i did visit them. it was a a workshop near weybridge where they had all the old school tools and skills. it was a modern unit.

I have been asked to help find apprenticeship in a coachbuilders... but i have not been working in that era of automobile for a long time... prefer fibreglass myself !

Does anyone know of oldschool coachbuilders in/around west/north west london / greater london who would consider apprenticeship ? maybe even the one i visited so long ago ???

I'd call Brooklands College. They do automotive vocational courses.
