Here's hoping all you guys in New England are safe and sound with all the weather that has come your way.
The news tonight had a reporter broadcasting from Scituate, Mass. He reported that the water was coming over the sea wall. I couldn't help thinking of Gary Anderson (Pissant to some), he's been hit hard by these storms in the past. IIRC Gary can see that sea wall from his garage.

I just heard from Gary, he and the faithful Beau made it through the storm with no issue other than the high water mark being close. The more northward facing shoreline of Scituate took the worst beating, Gary is on the other side of town.

Bud,
I too was thinking of Gary and all that weather he's seeing. Too bad he doesn't come back to he forum, he was a great contributor.
Big contrast to our weather. I remember just 4 Winters ago when the snow was 6-8 feet deep in my yard, but the drought has gotten worse each year. This year I had about 1 inch covering the ground, and that lasted all of one week. I should be enjoying this weather, but I'm not. The east coast has really been hit hard the last couple of years, I feel for them.
