Bad R9 Fuel Tubing

Just a heads up for those who do not know.

I ordered some R9 fuel tubing from ebay 2 years ago and fitted it to the car. it looked perfectly OK at the time.

Now after two years it's cracking wherever there is the slightest bend. Only small cracks but not what I would have expected. I have already replaced most of it, just one more length to go.

It's identified by the legend W=SAE..... and then the rest of the SAE info. after it printed in white on the hose.

There is other hose out there from UK motor factors which is slightly thicker and has the legend W=FUEL HOSE.... and then the rest of the SAE info. I believe this hose to be OK.

Other fuel tubing from the likes of Gates, Goodyear and Goodrich should also be OK, of course.
