Blocking Fuel Enrichment Device

Can anyone tell me where the discharge holes are situated within the cold start device.
I have read Des Hammill's book in which he describes tapping 6mm holes and fitting grub screws to the outlet bore of each throttle bore.
Any sketch or photo of the actual holes would be great. Would the carbs also need to be off the car for this mod?
Thanks,
Kev.
Forgot to add, the carbs are Weber DCOE 31

Pages 24-25 in Hammill's book and also pp 46 and 64-64 in the Weber Tuning Manual (available from Webcon UK Ltd) has the information you want. If you plan to tap in situ, put a good dab of grease on the tap to capture the chips.

Thanks Galway
I don't want appear a tight a**e but I have Des Hammill's book and a Haynes Weber manual and other books already. None of them show the actual holes to block. To save me buying the book, can anybody scan the relevant pages or just tell me where the elusive holes are?
Thanks,
Kev.
