Sounds like a good solution, where can you buy UPVC sheet, is it readily available? It would be good for the underdash panels too.

I bought mine from Eurocell who have branches all over in the uk but there are plenty of other places including eBay.

I'm also in need of a new or refurbished tunnel. There must be enough demand from someone to produce a decent quantity of these. Anyway...

...as mine is (only) cracked all the way down one side at the top, I was thinking of glueing/fibreglassing on the inside then vinyl wrapping to give a renewed look and cover the cracks.

Does anyone have any knowledge of vinyl wrapping or other ways to give a renewed appearance?
