Elan S 3 Fixings Fresh Air Chrome Grill

.Need Help..

How does the Chrome Fresh Air Grill Fix to the Body ?..Have 4 prongs on the Chrome grill which sits inside of the opening through the body pionting to the Plenum..but how is it held in place?

Just four matching holes in the body.
Prongs point outwards to hold the grille in place.
