Usually called "hardboard" in the UK, I think.
Shiny on one side & grid pattern on the back.
But why did you want a photo? Is your existing one missing so you need a template to make a new one? You could do that fairly easily with a tape measure.
My rear floor, the sides and the panel are covered in black carpet so a photo would be near useless.
