Side window frame S4

Are the side windows frame absolutly straight or are they bowded ? On my car , the glass tend to get out of the rails when they are close to the top of the frame .

The glass is flat and the frame should be to.

Something very wrong if the glass is trying to get of of the frame at the top of travel!
