Not sure if its around anymore, couldn't find it on the uk.gov sites.

I recall and shopped in many of those retailers in the late 60s/early 70s when I was a dedicated follower of fashion. Jim :D

I believe the fit only got worse by the time of the S4 as the moulds had deterioated. Chapman eventually agreed a budget to replace them towards the end of Sprint production which is why they fitted flush again. Jim
