That's certainly a good start! If every part turns out that good you've got a show winner!

Looking forward to project progress photos.
That he did - I'm the new owner. I just hope he does keep this one (or at the very least doesn't sell it at the NEC when I'm there )
And in a "small world" way, my parents lived in Ranton, and I grew up in Coton Clanford!!

First, welcome to the Forum, although I know you are no stranger to classic Lotus Cars.
I did see, your very special car, also on the stand at the NEC.
Indeed a small world, I have lived in Ranton for 35 years, purchasing back then what was a newly built house.
I know Coton Clanford very well, when we first moved there, I visited the Parish Clerk who lived near to the gun club.

No - unfortunately it's tucked away in the garage and I'm itching to drive it. I blame it on Shaun - he made it far to good to drive round the country lanes near me in the weather we've had
It will however, but out come rain or shine in on 25th March, as I'm out on and HRCR Scenic tour. Also, its got a planned run out Easter Monday. I'm trying to do local shake downs first, just in case Shaun forgot to tighten something
