The original owner of YWX 122G contacted me
ENC 1 x photo of when he got a job in Geneva note the skis on the roof pre James Bond how cool is that,
He sounds like a great guy traced the car on his 70 birthday,] memories,,,,,

Francis Horsely appears on www.192.com - but it is a single entry finishing in 2006 so be prepared for perhaps some not so nice news (possibly). You'll need to buy some credits to get fuller details

Looks like black bumpers were definitely the 'in' thing !

Black bumpers and black wheels were certainly the in thing. This is not the same car though, but a close sister for it too was a G registration, XWE 552G.

Mine is still the same colour and is still driven into places like those shown here. Never had the ski rack though, just used to poke the tips of the skis out through the passenger window. Great car in the snow.
