rotoflex bolts washers

Hallo everybody,I am mounting new rotoflex couplings with bolts and nuts on my s4 and I want to know if I must mount washer/spring washer.Some pictures show them other not.

on my car there is nylocs [bolts] /edit/ nuts I mean...
