I did get a little grumpy with him in the car!!! This was a qually session and every lap was wrecked by traffic... He blatantly knew I was coming up on him towards stavelot, chose not to give me room exiting or through the following right, then held me up all the way up past Blanchimont.

Great video and looks like a lot of funnnnnn!
Spa is an amazing place, and there are nice roads to drive along the track too, may be not at that kind of pace though... Believe some of those roads were part of the original (long version) track. Memory eludes me on how long the whole original track was though.

Indeed a great track even in its current format.

I always think of qualifying as being like a good natured track day, keep an eye on your mirrors in the straight bits and concentrate on your lines for the wiggly bits, faster cars coming up on you respect this and don't generally overtake in braking zones. Cooperation and consideration is required by all. Spa is a big circuit and flag marshals are thin on the ground, but a black flag should have been pointed towards Mr E Type as I doubt this was his only misdemeanour of the day.
Anyway, that's some nice in car footage thanks for posting it up.

Touch of 'sour grapes' I think from Mr E type! my cars bigger and faster than your little car, I THINK NOT.
Nice one Randy

Thanks very much for posting - watched it several times and sent the link off to my German engineering obsessed friends.

i imagine there's at least 1000gramms of weight reduction potential here: it looks like all of the bolts could use some shortening and maybe a couple of k-nuts: one of the cheapest (and most obvious) ways to save weight!!! cfk, titanium etc. is quite a bit more cheers -- the race must go on! 36/4982 sandy
