Wanted Dynamo Pulley

Can anybody tell me where I might buy the dynamo pulley , mine broke today for no obvious reason

Caused an overheat on the hottest day so far , hopefully no serious damage.

We get most of are parts like that from Holden, not cheap though but Billet not cast so don't fly apart.

Looks to me like your belt was over tightened.

Obviously I was wrong surmising it might be an alternator.

The dynamo looks a different construction to the usual Lucas item, maybe Lucas have changed the design? If its not a Lucas dynamo then the shaft diameter and keyway may be different sizes, its something to bear in mind when ordering a replacement.

Hi, I can offer you either a plastic or a metal pulley (ex plus two).
:shock: :shock: at the price of recon. dynamo .....
