Williams Automobiles for servicing?

Has anyone used Williams Automobiles for servicing their plus 2? They are the nearest Lotus specialist to me (near Bristol). I phoned them last week for a quote but haven't heard back as yet.

or Esprit Engineering near Salisbury?
or any other recommendations within 50 miles of Bath/Bristol area?
