Can some one please post pictures of the oil/water guage from a 63/64 S1 in a detailed close up photo for identification purposes?
Thanks,

Next question... In regard to a 63/64 S1 Elan, what other cars used the same Smiths speedometer and even longer shot who has one to sell?
Thanks,
Mike

They do come up on ebay occasionally. You need to make a saved search on ebay for the correct part number and have patience.
The part number is available on this forum, search via google.
I got mine this way.
I believe a company in the UK is manufacturing new items under the 'Smiths' name , something I saw via the forum, again a search should bring it up. If necessary, very similar items can be remanufactured by Speedycables and alike to look pretty much like the real thing ( I don't think their numbers font is quite right - for the eagle eyed)

Thank you, that's the site.
However the font for the numbers on the dual gauge are wrong the dual gauge ( the speedo looks right).
It looks the sort of company that may be willing to do a correct dial.
