Elan 4 Speed Starter & Bell Housing Bolt Pattern

I am hoping someone out there has the dimensions (X,Y) or angle + radius for the Lucas starter bolts on the stock 4 speed transmission. If someone also has the interface radius between the 110 tooth flywheel to Starter 9 tooth gear that would also be appreciated.
