Hand brake ratchet springs

PostPost by: Type28 » Thu Dec 18, 2014 3:30 pm

Hi folks

I am looking for the little springs and H piece?s that work the ratchet mechanism on the hand brake on my 1972 Elan Sprint- it is the black handle lever without the white lever- anyone have any or know of anyone that sells them- seem to remember that some remanufactured ones were being sold on E Bay, but can?t remember the seller and there haven?t been any on for the last couple of weeks.
Cheers

An image of the offending items

I have one spring and one H piece but don't know who I could get to make a few springs- set up cost would probably be prohibitive

try Skegness springs. I've had several specials made in the past at very reasonable prices.
