I have 2 suspect they are off +2 marked 74 s100 anyone know what they are

They appear to be front springs for late +2 ,I am intending to take them to lotus 70 at end of month,I have 2 springs ,new mechanical fuel pump,steering rack engine mounts and maybe two rear suspension adjustable for rebuild ,any interest at all
