You have alighted on the wrong Elan forum, since this one does not cover the M100 Elan. May I suggest you go to this forum instead: http://forum.lotuselancentral.com/index.php

Where are you located? I am waiting on a shipment from PNM of our M100 Big front brake kits. We ordered them and they are in production.
If you are in the states and want to throw them in our box, I could ship them to you from the USA.
Just a thought to help you with shipping if you are here.
Although I don't think the seals will cost a lot to ship, Probably not worth the hassle.

You can make your own.
Use the upright from the old seal and glue a new one to it. You will end up with the same result as the bought ones as that is how they are made instructions on LEC .
The new weather strips aren't as wide as the old ones.
