I spoke to Brian Buckland at Malcolm Rickett's today (he is the carer of 997NUR and had come with it to the event).
He knew nothing about this video !
So perhaps we should send him a link, he does not visit this forum often.

I haven't seen a picture of Brian in his excellent book.
Was he the chap about 5' 7" , wispy fawn hair, perhaps early sixties , describing himself as 'the driver' of NUR?
I had thought it was owned by a European, as when it was at the Revival a few years ago I was led to believe the custodian was a chap I was speaking to with a very Germanic ( I assumed) accent.
I didn't realise it was now owned by Gregor Fiskin. I shall discuss it with him on the Flying Scotsman Rally next year.

Brian was wearing a shirt with wide horizontal blue stripes with a sort of waistcoat over it.
~~~
As far as I am aware Brian maintains (and drives 997NUR) on behalf of its owners. I don't know if the passenger with him was a friend or the owner.
I had the same problem as you, I thought probably BB was there, and was not sure which was he despite having seen him before, but fortunately Alan (Spyder Fan) knows BB & so identified him.
I'm sorry I didn't bump into Alan. We probably shared the same traffic jams up from the Sussex coast!
Indeed. I remember my father selling a 3.8 saloon for a friend who had to leave the country. Fine shape except it ran on rather ferociously. Lovely red leather interior, he struggled to get $600 for it. We couldn't talk him into keeping it.
Sigh. It'd be a keeper for me.
If you watch the bumper falling off again, you'll see that no actual Jaguars were harmed in the filming.
I think some of Kidston's films on the website are quite good especially the Miura
