Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a car transport service that is trustworthy and reliable?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you in Rochester UK or Rochester US? I guess US as you were asking about an Elan in Des Plaines, IL...

For anyone on the UK side of the pond, Russell's Vehicle Transport are the 'go to' providers for valuable cars. Based near Silverstone. They are a family run business, and I can highly recommend them. They transported my Plus 2 when I purchased It. They have large lorries and covered trailers for individual cars.

You are also able to track, in real time, the exact location of your vehicle.

Where, then, lies the answer? In choice. Which shall it be: bankruptcy of purse or bankruptcy of life?

I only use Passport in the USA now. I used to use Reliable and will if Passport is not available.

Both are good.

I have used Intercity Lines several times for cross country transport.

They aren't the most expensive nor the cheapest, but service and handling has been amazing.

I have used BATS Motorsports Services to transport my Zink Formula Ford and a huge stack of spares from SF to Albuquerque, NM. They showed up on time, loaded and packed the car very carefully (1-7/16" ground clearance!). The cost was very reasonable.
