Club Lotus

Just been browsing around the Lotus cars website ..

On the community web page, there are links to six UK Lotus Clubs:

But no Club Lotus? If you look under Lotus Official Clubs there is only a link to "Club Italia"...

Is Club Lotus out of favour these days??

As far as I am aware CL and the factory get on just fine however CL like to make a lot of the fact that they are independent of the factory and not just their mouthpiece. In fact they state on the front cover of thei magazine that they are free to comment, congratulate of criticise.

CL is a for "profit" business, not a club.

"CL is a business"

I have decided to not renew my membership - off and on for many years.

35 pnds.($63.00 Canuck) surpasses value for loyalty.

Reminder to all that the Vancouver All British Field Meet is on May 17th - cut off at 650 cars.
