Indoor covers

I know the general consensus on covers is negative but I'm wondering if anyone can advise on what is basically a dust cover.

My plus 2 is kept in a brick built under slate roof coach house. Ventilated at eaves and gap in doors so about as dry as a garage can be without heating.

Trouble with that much ventilation is the dust it can bring.

Always having to dust off and I'm worried about potential for scratching the new paint bit don't want to risk ruining the new paint with a cover if it still can't breath.

Any recommendations other than a carcoon as that will make getting car out for a run a pain.

I purchased a Supertex Indoor cover, supplied by Hamilton Classic Ltd and as I am a Club Lotus member purchased via Club Lotus to get a 10% discount. Current Club Lotus price for size SL = ?103.50, so not cheap, but excellent quality. Fully dustproof, breathable, non hygroscopic, super soft lining, special 3 layer material and available in 3 colours.

My car has not moved out of the garage for 5 yrs; full rebuild taking longer than planned; but very satisfied with the product.

David Do not use an indoor cover ! Hamilton Classic do a carcoon type product BUT it is self supporting with a metal frame unlike the hassle with the carcoon have a look on their website
