This is the Best (lotus or any) car enthusiast site

PostPost by: holywood3645 » Mon Aug 03, 2015 11:12 pm

I just wanted to say this is without doubt this the Best car enthusiast site I visit (Bar none). I have been a member here from about 2003, and while my 1969 elan is totally restored, and while I don?t have the same need to ask for information, i continue to log on and read. I try to share what I have learnt and I continue to learn from the knowledge of others. I love the way we share information. I think it has even got better. You don?t see the flare ups as often because of different opinions.

It is a credit to Jeff and every-one who participates.

Well done!

I am only starting my restoration, currently trying to find time to finish my carbs and get them to my engine, but yes- absolute best and most civil site I have ever been a part of! Thanks from me to all of you as well!

I'm fairly new to the site but would agree that the technical information on here and the interaction is excellent. Search engine is a bit hit and miss at times but so far I've manage to find what I need or be guided in the right direction by the knowledgeable chaps who regularly provide good feedback.

I started rebuilding an Elan Sprint in 2011 and it is now on the road. Although I have worked on many cars over the years, I have never had a Lotus before. Without the help and advice I have found on here I doubt if I would have solved the many puzzles that these quirky cars present you with. Thanks to all.

I would have been in the dark rebuilding my Elan S1 without this site and all the contributors! It has been my constant resource and at times my pure entertainment.
Thanks to all!

Hi guys, I totally agree with the sentiments of the previous posts, excellent forum. The best I visit. I have owned my Elan for more years than I care to remember but I frequently learn more on this site. :D :D :D
Happy Lotus motoring, Lyn...
