Lotus Elan S4 SE Type 45 Project

I am trying to gauge what if any interest is there is in selling the following as a complete project alternatively I would consider selling separately.

The following is what remains of Lotus Elan Vin/Chassis No 45/9232 a Lotus Elan Series 4 DHC S/E first registered on 1/8/69 carrying an H suffix registration.

There is a current V5 registration document and original Vin/Chassis plate

A Lotus Replacement Chassis in very good condition (the original for this vehicle having rotted extensively)

The original L block twin cam engine with Stromberg head which has been rebuilt and not run since rebuild.

The original gearbox

The original differential
