CCW Elan +2 article.

The current issue of Classic Car Weekly has a 2 page spread on the +2.

A pretty dire effort, but it is a mention, and has enough errors to keep an anorak happy.

Actually rather more a 2 page dealer advert for a car that has been for sale for months!

I shall look forward to reading that later when I pick up my copy, then perhaps we can compare the howlers we spot?
I assume your search for a nice +2 is still on-going?
Kindest regards

Adrian Flux (the insurance people) did a write up a couple of weeks ago.....
I sent them a complaint it was that bad.........

it must have been written by someone who'd just trawled the net for what colours they came in...then got bored so just made the whole thing up.......
either that or it was a primary school writing project......

don't you just love it when they have enough gumption to write an article but not enough nouse to do any research what so ever.....

The car they are hooting about has actually been entered in an auction, so is no longer for sale where they
mention.

Makes one wonder how long their lead time is.

Nice car, but a number of originality issues and a silly price that is almost Mattyesque

OK I'll start first - " +2 is 250KGs heaver with a leather interior."
Still waiting for my China man.

As an alleged "classic car" specialist one would hope for a little effort.
