Number of pages in manual

PostPost by: Bigbaldybloke » Tue Oct 09, 2018 9:37 am

A friend thinks he is missing the last few pages in the gearbox section of his manual as his index goes to page F54. My manual only goes to page F25 and looks complete?
Can anyone clarify the number of pages there should be and if it?s 54 a rough indication of what these pages contain?
Thanks

The gearbox section (F) my manual ends on page 25. It's a right hand page and the other side of the page is blank.

I have 25 pages for the 4speed box then it continues to page # 54 for the 5 speed box.

Quick look at my manual - September 74 edition - shows 54 pages. Pages 26 - 54 are almost all about the 5 speed gearbox.

So I reckon that's the answer - if you've an earlier manual for 4 speed only cars then 54 pages - if you've a later one then 54!

Thanks, that explains it, I do indeed have an early 4 speed and he has a later 5 speed.
