I sold this car a while ago as ill health stopped me restoring, I would really like to see how she is doing!
Not really sure what I've let myself in for yet

An early car, 50/0042 It was For Sale 09.14 in Northamptonshire:

"This is a very early plus 2 Elan (chassis 0042) registered in Nov 1967. It comes with the original logbook. Off the road since 1986. Now silver. This car would make a lovely restoration as it does appear to be very complete, these early cars are becoming very desirable."

Close, but OYY is chassis number 32, body number 10, and in black!

Spooky that the chassis number added to the body number is.....42.
