Toad continues to irritate and entertain in equal measures!
4 wheel tracking showed the front to be a little out. That was corrected and it does steer better.
Noticeable lighter at low speed which is a surprise for such a small difference.
However the tracking also showed that both rear wheels are pointing right. Which is probably a major
contribution to it's twitchiness.
Considering the design and tolerances of the original chassis and arms I would be surprises if many had accurate tracking. I do not like the cost or design of the Spyder adjustables so I'm on the lookout for a pair of second hand arms to modify myself by making the front chassis attachment adjustable. Anyone have a pair to sell?
As ever comment both positive and otherwise are welcome.
The gearchange is now actually quite good, so that is a result! And either I'm getting a stronger leg or the clutch weight is more manageable.
On the positive it's a clean and newish so should disassemble easily.
