All fantastic photos Christian - thanks for posting, the TdF is an event I'd love to get round to doing some day.

Super photos Christian; let's hope the Ginetta G4 dudes do not latch on to this event in it's present form.

superb pictures
Anyone who runs an Elan hard on a road special stage rally with trees beside the road is much braver than me.
You have a lot of very brave Frenchmen to have that many Elans running as hard as your picture show
.
cheers

Having watched the movie. The award goes to the Renault Alpine for the best drift around the corner
Most of the drivers in that clip were not going at then tenths, then neither would I! Trees are not very forgiving.
Great work, keep the pictures and clips coming.

Fantastic, Christian!
Takes me back to a few tarmac rallies I've done in Australia. And yes, you don't go at ten tenths, but as you make your way up the time sheets, the red mist starts to descend. In 2001, we were 6th, then 4th, then the two leaders went off on one stage, and as we passed them, we thought, we could win this! Then, a few stages later, I missed a call as we were overtaking, and stuffed it into a bank (a "5" does sound a bit like a "9") - and yet another slot car wins Targa Tasmania. We did our best, but there are so many Porsches in that event, I felt like a lone Spitfire being bounced by a squadron of Messerschmidts. I hope the Elan boys give it to them in the Tour.
Keep the pics coming!
