I have a friend in Connecticutt who had several Elan, +2 and Europa frames in various conditions. None were perfect, but maybe there would have been a piece which might fix your existing frame. Trouble is, he sent me a card a few years back wanting them to go away, but getting them to Ohio even before $3 gas was too much effort. If you wish, I'll check to see if any survive.
