Bodyshop recommendation

PostPost by: 106500 » Wed Jan 07, 2009 7:17 pm

I live in the West Midlands area (Kidderminster) and am considering having some minor body work done on my S4 Elan. This amounts to some paintwork repairs and perhaps bumper resprays. I would appreciate any recommendations/experiences concerning who you think the best people are who could deal with this well (Paul Matty's? etc). Thanks.

Option 1.... Bromsgrove.. Just down the road from PM. They do PM's work anyway. Give the job to PM and it prob' will end up at option1. And you pay for all his trouble. And some profit of course :?

Option 1's work is faultless. Expensive with it but I would say one of the very best.

Hi Sarto and Steve

Thanks for the comments. I will post more photographs in the a couple of weeks.
The colour is Audi Hellbleau which I believe is similar to its colour in the sixties, although it was not a metallic in that period.
There is some history of the car in the racing section on the second page under the heading Elan Race history.
