I know this is a kinda "how long is a piece of string question" but wondered if you could give me an idea of values of the following (I have a good idea but just want to make sure I am in the same ball park)

Elan S4 DHC 1969 - just been stripped ready for restoration, everything is in working order. Body shell is complete but need paint, includes hard top (although might sell this seperartly). New soft top and has a spider chassis (powder coated)

Elan S4 Sprint FHC 1970 - ground up resorted, all pics etc and no expense spared. Yellow over white, spider chassis, ali fuel tank, perfect interiour, mini-lite (black) wheels - knock on. This car is stunning is all I can say.

Seems to me that the DHC are still going for more than the FHCs, but me, I prefer FHC. I dont know about across the Pond, but here, reasonably good drivers are 12-14K though there are virtually none of these. Extremely clean restored ones are going for what seems to be 18-24K. I saw a clean body resto project for 6K. Dont know if that helps at all.

The +2's in the States seem to be significantly cheaper...good ones for less than 10K.
