Thanks for the replies. The press clipping attached is from the "Ormskirk Advertiser" (possibly March 10th 1983 issue).
Incidentally, I meant to say in my original post that recent restoration of SJH499D looks superb!! in Deryck's photos.

Hi Adam,
As you may have seen. I have uploaded the press clipping image but the resolution has gone very low and it's hard to read the text. It was OK when I viewed it last night on the forum plus its OK viewing on my phone. I will upload it again tonight.
