Rear bushes

This is not the parts suppliers fault, it’s down to the manufacturers. These days it’s the end user that becomes quality control. It’s a problem across the classic car world.
My concern is, they are getting something as simple as sizes incorrect what else are they getting wrong.

I would be very cautious regarding the use of too much pressure to make them go in, I had a split appear in one of the wishbones after new bushes were fitted .

I would be careful turning down the bush. They’re only thin walled as it is. Suppose it depends on how much material you’re going to remove.

The bushes are imperial 1.375 not metric. just measured my old units.The bushes at 2mm over or 80 thou are not correct unless you have bastard size bones.
