I have some of this which i used inside a Hardtop for sound. It's very sticky on underface and finished face easy to clean.

As I see it, the issue with sticking any form of sheet material on, as opposed to encapsulating the fibreglass with a resilient liquid applied bonded material, is the potential for water getting trapped between the two materials and causing blistering of your lovely paint finish.

good point Jono,
maybe a coat of Epoxy Resin first under Wing which is i think is impervious. :wink:

After I saw the great looking results, I jumped on-line to order a few litres only to find out that here, it's a tad more dear here than in the UK. On eBay, Amazon, and the like, it's the equivalent of £43/litre, so a six pack is not in my budget even if star cracks are more expensive that to repair. I'll have to find another method.

The Coremat looks promising.
