Lotus Elan Service Book

I was hoping to obtain an authentic service schedule and service book with spaces for dealer's stamps for the Elan +2. Does anyone know if you can still get them? I've tried Lotus dealers, Lotus Cars and to no avail. Or is ther an old book I could reproduce on my computer?
