Shame it's not Richmond, Va. My son would have been round, with cash in hand, in hours.

I'll take more pixs in the next few days as they are stored about 15 miles away. The instruments I believe are mostly all there but out of the dash as you have observed. I recall a couple switches missing, not sure which ones, might have some pixs of it before I began the disassembly. You might PM me with an e-mail as it's easier to send multiple images in that manner. Might try dropbox or some other resources once I get them collected. Are you interested in just the FHC or the pair?

Carsten,
Yes it is so far. I believe the original color was BRG. If you like more pictures, PM me your e-mail and I'll provide a dropbox link.

Still for sale. Did not find it earlier as title a bit confusing. 37.500 too high for car's condition.
And description not very complete, although seller provides more information/pictures:
both chassis seems to have surface rust only, DHC engine is out because of low oil pressure and DHC transmission needs rebuild too.

Seller is willing to lower price. A bit of initial emotional attachment here, in October 2017 he will have had 50 years of Elan ownership ... (but not these ones).
I would go for the pair, at least for the FHC (read my signature), but shipping for a non-runner from pacific side of US to Germany and customs and VAT and and and ... price would need drop so low ... a shame.
I would suggest interested buyers in the US contact him again for updated price negotiations ....
If any european buyers wants to buy the DHC, I would add up to the buy the FHC.

OK, I've been re-calibrated on the price, both for $28K and would prefer to sell both at once but would separate. Too much on the plate and tired of storage costs, ready to simplify my life, well maybe a little.
