headlight conversion.

i've taken working on a friends +2 that has some issues, i'm listing each issue as a separate post.

this car currently has the vacuum pop up headlights, the pipes have been disconnected so don't work. the owner has said the vacuum system is known to not be great and asked if they could be converted to electric pop up.

does anyone know if someone supplies a kit with instruction or what parts are commonly used to diy convert?

Does someone know why this kit could not be adopted to an early S1/S2 with non-fail safe lights?
