If price is not an issue there is a company in Germany who make a very smart looking adapter

.. although it is €349 :D

I have the £30 aluminum one made by Lionel which seems fine although I am having problems finding a torque wrench or breaker bar strong enough to undo the spinners on the car I fitted the old way (with a hammer)..

For E349 you'd think they'd get it right,or have I read it wrong ( right side r/h thread,left side l/h thread) ??

Received my spin-easy tool this morning so it was up into the shed to have a rummage in my old big tools. I used to be a hgv mechanic and dug out a 3/4" square drive 32mm socket and ratchet with a 4ft long exstened handle and gave it a go.
Guess what it works a treat, no more whacking with that ruddy hammer!
Well done Keith very pleased with the tool!

In case anyone else is thinking that Keith is bi-polar the above posting seems to be a copy and paste of one made by Oliite some 6 years ago.

Well it's only E 249 now,but still looks wrong to me , l/h thread left side, r/h thread right side....???

I believe you have it right and what is printed on the tool is wrong - back to front... :?
