Lotus Elan

Indoor Carcoon for sale: Somerset

PostPost by: Elani » Thu Jan 05, 2017 3:10 pm

Hi all, firstly Happy New Year!

Due to the recent sale of my elan (still hurting...) I will be clearing a few bits I have subsequently discovered in the subsequent January tidy up and thought I'd list them here prior to using the murky eBay world...

I have an indoor Carcoon in red, which was a perfect fit for my elan S4 and was excellent in keeping the car in excellent condition over the winter months. Comes with built in battery conditioner and is in excellent condition, no rips or tears, few tyre marks on the base mat and oil marks but nothing sinister.

I will be looking for £250 plus postage. Ideally collection would be ideal as it's quite a heavy bulky item but can be arranged at extra cost.

No pictures, but link here to direct site https://www.carcoon.com/carcoon-evo-indoor

Apologies for the delayed response, it is a size 3. Any takers before it goes onto eBay.

That's going to look gorgeous, Rob.A set of Borranis would set her off well.

Great colour!

I'd go for painted wires - a little more understated (especially if you've seen the price of Borranis!)

Thank you both for your kind words. The car just came back from the painters, three years in the making...

It's hard to capture AM Caribbean Blue Pearl Metallic on film.

Mark K - thanks for selling me both cars :D
