go find another if you can.... good luck!
price seems consistent with similar Lotus products from the usual suppliers.

Unfortunately you're right on both counts.

Also one of the largest trim pieces I've ever seen in a car! Price is reasonable for something that pretty much wasn't available until recently.

It certainly looks excellent quality and not unreasonably priced.

I assume it’s the one made by our guys on the forum.

Everyone, You are all correct! I manufacture this Console along with the Consoles for the S1 thru S4 Elans, the Europa, and many other interior parts for the Elan. Pricey? Yes! Much of that price is shipping! That gets shipped in one huge box. It's 55 inches long and 25 inches wide. The first one I sold went to Tanzania. UPS wanted $3600 for shipping. I almost died.

It has not been available for many decades and we have a number of members who have wanted a new one to replace their almost 50 year old cracked, taped, fiber glassed up, torn original. The mold cost a fortune, and try to find a vacuum forming company that will make less than a quantity of 100.

Any questions? Please contact me. See some installed pics on the Plus 2 "The Veg" is restoring on this forum.
